Finally completed Rays HTC Vive tutorial for Unity. Really good tutorial pulling together all of the elements previously discussed and combing them with Steam VR plugins.
As you go through the tutorial if your not overwhelmed by the jargon and apply a certain amount of faith entering the scripts you realize there is a certain amount of blueprint code which you can reuse. This means adding the mechanics of VR to an existing model should be relatively straight forward.
- Produce my own model in SketchUp and move around within it.
- Start looking into Unity Asset Store and whats available.
